This would lead to an even more complex gui (and underlying code), so i strongly oppose this request. The dashboard also already tries to mitigate this problem by giving clear instructions about the order of object creation. If someone tries to create a song first, the user will notice instantly, that the artist is not selectable, so it would not hurt that much.
