Test recursive datatable sequence gui

Description
As bootstrap does not support 2 modals to be open, I switch them, but during the switch they overlap.
We need some testing on different browsers / devices:
Browsers:
- IE
- Chromium
- Opera
Devices:
- Tablets
- Smartphones
In future, the recursive content could be embedded in the same modal (e.g. expand a div smoothly), but for now we have to live with the two modals.

Windows¶
IE: Switch between modals looks ok from the visual standpoint. In Edit Creations -> Derivations, no Creations appear in the datatable
Edge: works ok
Mac OSX¶
Same behavior as on IE.
Android 4 Tablet¶
Chrome: looks ok
Linage OS on Nexus 5 mobile phone¶
Builtin-Browser: works ok, on modal forms buttons move out of the right screen border, if phone is held in 'portrait' mode.
