Description
To create a foreign creation, users should provide the creation and artist name.
As the name of the creation is now an attribute of the CreationRelease relation object, we would need to create a dummy release.
I don't know, if that's, what we want. On the other hand, there's the definite specification, that creations should always have a release, in order to commit it. If there's no release, and the creation is claimed, both cases have no obvious solutions. We need to think this though.

There should be one dummy release for all foreign objects.
