Try out final state machines using co-routines for form controller

Description

The original plan for the form controller was to use final state machines to design the form flow. Due to time constraints, I haven't tried yet to use co-routines for implementation.
This could result in much cleaner code, as right now the form flow would be designed using a lot of if statements (e.g. here).
